Nel mese di febbraio, 5 ristoranti Cervesi hanno aderito al Circuito Gastronomico del Cardo, proponendo speciali serate a tema e menu dove il bianco ortaggio, Re dell’Inverno, è protagonista di squisite preparazioni.
